Outline

A boy starts his journey. Sorachi, who is an honor boy, is caught up in the Sora, she falls from overhead, and they start a journey.
Sorachi meets various people with rampant Sora. There are women, selling their soul, and a broker, sending them to Kugai.
There is a "Tick tock clock store" in the town, and the town has war with Birds human.
He understand that there is things more than he can in the world, through meeting various people and things.
Then, he feels the blue and high sky upon his head, and he understand people go ahead even though they run into a lot of difficulties.
